OmVeda was established by Yasmin Sadikot in 1997, marking the first time an Ayurvedic Skincare range was launched in Australia, making it a pioneer in the field.

In 2023, OmVeda was sold to Nadine Thorburn, and OmAyur Wellness was created.

From there, her daughter Imogen joined the team, a qualified clinical beauty therapist pursuing a bachelor's degree in naturopathy.
