Orders received before 12pm, are usually sent the same business day. Wholesale and Trade orders are done the same day, or the next business day.

Please allow additional time for post in peak times.

For our retail customers, we offer shopify payments, Afterpay and Paypal.

For wholesale orders, direct deposit and Shopify payments are offered.

We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind. Should there be a problem with your product, please contact us and we assess requests on a case-by-case basis.

We endeavour to have your order on its way quite quickly, so if for some reason you need to cancel or change your order, please email us on info@omveda.com.au as soon as possible. If your order has not left the warehouse, we can happily assist.

We charge shipping at cost through our Australia Post account. This is quoted at checkout, and the cost is what the shipping cost is to us, no more.

We have valued customers all over the world and ship internationally. Sadly, at present, there are a few countries we are unable to ship to, due to International circumstances.

You certainly can choose that option through the tracking information provided to you with your order. It is not always advisable as we are not responsible for any theft once your order has been delivered.

We do not accept returns on orders due to a change of mind, or not loving your product as much as we do!

Should there be a problem with your product, please contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

As we are based on Ayurvedic pharmacology, we have our products made to the highest standards to our formulations in India. Some of our products utilise immense quantities of fresh herbs which would not be possible to access in Australia.

Our products follow traditional guideline, filled with potent botanicals. They are enhances with modern bases which may include ingredients like Niacinamide or Lactic acid as examples to enhance efficacy. All products require some preservatives to ensure safety and effectiveness, so we have used the most gentle options available that will protect the product and your skin.

As we commenced our rebrand, we discovered some challenges with one of our Manufacturers. In order to remedy this, we sadly had to alter some of our formulations.
