Your Vikruti is affected by lifestyle, age, seasons, time of day and many other factors.

Generally, birth to puberty is seen as a more Kapha phase, grounding you to the earth. Puberty to 50ish is the Pitta phase of life where we are more active, driven and most passionate.

After this phase of life, we enter the Vata stage of life where we become more in touch with the universe, our skin dries and thins, and we may ache a little more.
