Vata: Warm porridges, stewed fruit, ghee

Pitta: Cooling grains, sweet fruits, coconut-based dishes

Kapha: Light breakfast (berries, warm tea, spiced fruit)


Mid-Morning Snack

5 soaked almonds + slice of orange (supports Rakta dhatu).


Lunch –Main Meal (between 12-2pm)

Enjoy your largest meal of the day when Pitta is strongest.

Add a mix of vegetables, grains, and protein according to your dosha.


Dinner –Before 7pm

Light, warm, easy-to-digest. Leave several hours to digest before bed.
