Morning Movement + Breath

Unroll your OmAyur Yoga Mat and choose a gentle, dosha-balancing form of movement:

Vata

Grounding, slow, breath-led stretches such as Cat Cow; longer holds.

Pitta

Cooling yoga, moon salutations, slow flow, gentle breath such as Sitali.

Kapha

Sun Salutations, brisk walking, invigorating practice for 30 minutes.


Evening activity

After your evening meal, it is advised to take a gentle walk to allow the body to digest. If it is possible, this can be done barefoot and only needs to be a short stroll.
